Twilight’s leadership and management are provided by a team of seasoned veterans who have an extensive background in oilfield transportation. They know the level of commitment that is required to operate a successful enterprise and what is required to meet the customer’s expectations.
Gilbert Francois
Gilbert is the President and found the company in 1988. He has since led its evolution into a market leader in the Grande Prairie region. Gilbert has over 30 years of oilfield transportation, heavy hauling and rig relocation experience and continues to play a hands-on role with the leadership and growth of Twilight.
Ben Lorencz
Ben is the General Manager and has been with the company since 1988. He is responsible for the day to day operations, team leadership and meeting customers needs. Ben’s contributions as a leader and input over the years has significantly influenced the company’s development and positioning within the market. He has over 30 years of oilfield transportation, heavy hauling and rig relocation experience.
Cody McPherson
As the Safety Supervisor, Cody’s objective is to ensure Twilight’s people have the necessary knowledge and training to work safely and to make the right decisions regarding the safety of themselves and their co workers. He started with the company as a swamper and has since advanced into the safety field.
Mike Babij
Mike’s experience in the transportation service business spans over the past thirty years. Through this time, he has gained an extensive knowledge in operations and management. Mike is a Dispatcher at Twilight and is responsible to fill our customer’s transportation needs by deploying the right people and equipment to get the job done safely and to the client’s satisfaction.
Duane Cooke
With over 25 years of oilfield hauling and rig moving experience, Duane joined Twilight as a Dispatcher. A great deal of time has been spent in the field as a driver and truck push. This extensive experience has provided him with the necessary operations and leadership knowledge to meet the challenges associated to the industry.
Don Weller
Don started with Twilight over 10 years ago and over this time has held several positions including mechanic and parts manager. His current position as the Shop Foreman is to keep Twilight’s modern and diverse fleet of specialized equipment in safe and good working condition. This requires knowledge of operations, continuous learning, trained technicians and a facility designed for the application.
Mike Colbourne
Mike is a Field Sales Representative at Twilight and joined the team with over 20 years of transportation industry experience. Though this time, he has held positions in rig moving operations as well as management and sales. He is responsible for business development and customer satisfaction.
